Studied at the Bezalel School of Arts Jerusalem. Levanon was awarded the Dizengoff Prize in 1938,48 &60.His works were exhibited in all Israeli Museums and form part of their permanent collections.Levanon's work consist of colour hovering over scenery of the old cities of Sefad and Jerusalem.
